Scope
These Terms govern the use of Lambofied.com operated by Kubanka Smart Media Solutions. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these Terms.
Nature of the Platform
Lambofied is a listing and lifestyle platform focused exclusively on Lamborghini vehicles. Kubanka Smart Media Solutions does not buy or sell vehicles. Contracts for vehicles are concluded only between sellers and buyers. Kubanka Smart Media Solutions is not a party to those contracts.
Accounts and Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
Subscriptions and Payments
Uploading listings and images requires an active paid subscription unless stated otherwise. The current price is one hundred twenty euro per month. Payments are processed by Stripe. If payment fails or a subscription is canceled your ability to create listings or upload images may be suspended. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Listings and Content Rules
Only Lamborghini vehicles and permitted related items may be listed. You must have the right to publish the listing and ensure information is accurate. You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws and taxes. Prohibited content includes unlawful material, spam, abusive messages, and content that infringes rights. We may edit, reject, or remove listings that violate these Terms.
Intellectual Property
You grant Kubanka Smart Media Solutions a non-exclusive worldwide royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your listing content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform. Site content and software are owned by or licensed to Kubanka Smart Media Solutions.
Non-Affiliation Notice
Kubanka Smart Media Solutions is not affiliated with Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. Lambofied.com and Kubanka Smart Media Solutions are not sponsored, endorsed, authorized by, or in any way officially connected with Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. Trademarks and model names belong to their respective holders.
Liability and Warranty
The service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee continuous availability, accuracy of listings, or the outcome of any transaction. To the maximum extent permitted by law Kubanka Smart Media Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability where not permitted by law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Kubanka Smart Media Solutions and its personnel against claims arising from your listings, your use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law.
Governing Law
Austrian law applies subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
